Day 41 – 60 Day Challenge

Had a solid day back at home, at least in terms of food. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to work out, but I am okay taking a day off every now and then.

Trying to remember to add little snacks in during the day can be challenging. But I feel like it will help me to not feel starving at meals and also make sure my calorie intake stays at a good level. Almonds have been my recent go to. I usually only eat 7 at a time but it helps curb hunger, is good for me and not too crazy of calories (plus good fat, etc).

What are some great snacks you can recommend?

  1. I have used string cheese. It keeps in my purse (and back pack) for a long time and my grandkids & great-granddaughters like it also. In the car, I keep carrots, celery, bell peppers, snap peas, etc. to snack on. I pass when Ken brings out the chips and tell him to keep them over on his side.
